Identification & Payment Verification Policy
To comply with state and federal regulations for age-restricted products, all delivery orders require identity and payment verification at the time of delivery.
1. Valid Government ID Required
The customer receiving the order must present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID.
Accepted forms include a state ID, driver’s license, military ID, or passport.
2. ID Must Match the Payment Method
The name on the ID must match the name on the card used for the purchase.
Orders will not be released if the names do not match or the cardholder is not present.
3. Age Verification
Customers must meet the legal age requirement for the products ordered.
Delivery drivers are authorized to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
4. Non-Compliance
If identification cannot be verified, the order will be canceled and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
